  • Collaborate with the product team to define and track success metrics for individual product rollouts.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in roles focused on Customer Success Management, Client Enablement, Training, Instructional Design, Career Coaching, Workforce Development, Community Management, or Internal Communications.

  • 2+ years delivering training or instruction to adult learners in a professional or educational setting.

  • 2+ years working with technology products in a support, enablement, or adoption-focused capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to create enablement content such as guides, videos, and communications.

  • Data-literate, able to interpret adoption metrics and usage data to inform engagement strategies.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, AI tools, or learning management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Comfort with learning new software tools quickly and testing them from an end-user perspective.

  • Strong preference for experience in Education, Workforce Development, or Nonprofit organizations.

  • Ability to operate as a self-starter, operationalizing a vision and executing without needing daily management.

  • Excellent communication skills across formats, writing clear guides, delivering engaging trainings, managing Slack channels, and handling sensitive 1:1 conversations.

  • Technical curiosity and credibility, learning tools deeply enough to teach with authority and hold your own in conversations with technical teammates.

  • Empathetic and patient, leading with patience and understanding that adoption is an emotional process as much as a technical one.

Benefits

Per Scholas offers a comprehensive benefits package including holidays & PTO, full-time benefits eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, retirement savings, and additional voluntary benefits like accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, legal services, and pet insurance. Employee discounts and wellness programs are also available.
