Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume, high-velocity customer interactions, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user frustrations with both efficiency and empathy.
• Act as the strategic glue between Product and Business Development, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
• Contribute to feature launches and product initiatives, ensuring that Jigsaw Tech maintains its reputation for providing world-class, "white-glove" support experiences.

Requirements

• Phenomenal communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for high-stakes professional clients in the legal and financial sectors.
• Natural problem-solver with a curiosity for technical tools, ideally possessing experience or interest in SQL, Azure, Web Dev tools, and the terminal.
• Highly organized and methodical individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a relentless service mindset with a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in SQL, Azure, Web Dev tools, and the terminal.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
