Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume, high-velocity customer interactions, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user frustrations with both efficiency and empathy.
• Act as the strategic glue between Product and Business Development, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
• Contribute to feature launches and product initiatives, ensuring that Jigsaw Tech maintains its reputation for providing world-class, "white-glove" support experiences.

Requirements
