  • Direct high-impact investment proposals by prioritizing key product supply initiatives based on timeline, cost, and business value.
  • Manage ongoing product health by continuously overseeing supply resilience, process robustness, and sustainability KPIs.
  • Integrate external customer insights and global competitive landscape trends to shape lifecycle and disease area strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or business disciplines.
  • 10+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with a broad understanding of manufacturing and technical operations.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior people management or senior matrix team leadership, with a proven ability to coach and develop leaders.
  • Proven success in designing, implementing, and evolving product supply chain strategies, particularly for new product launches and/or line extensions (experience with biologic, synthetic molecule, or device supply chains is beneficial).
  • Strong ability to understand market access, disease areas, and demand-side volume drivers (experience in oncology, neuroscience, or immunology is a plus).
  • International or global team experience preferred, with ability to travel globally approximately 10% or lower.
  • Strategic thinker and persuasive communicator comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing risks, building trust, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
