Product Leader

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Leader to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will shape product direction across digital services and operational workflows that support measurable business outcomes in a healthcare setting. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable product initiatives and clear execution plans. The position also requires strong communication with senior leaders, along with data-driven decision-making to improve product performance and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap to achieve measurable operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product initiatives.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders in an actionable manner.
• Provide insights and guidance as the subject matter expert for the product area and digital services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software product management experience, with 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance.
• Proven track record of delivering new workflows or solutions to drive key business outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for optimizing product strategy.
• Adaptable and proactive with a "get it done" attitude, suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$182,000 – $217,000 annually
