Product Specialist - Hydrovac Trucks

Responsibilities

• Support the success of Hydro Vac sales for territory managers and dealers.
• Assist territory managers and dealers with product demonstrations.
• Lead the product demonstration program and train dealers to successfully demonstrate products.
• Provide constant feedback to the Sales and Service team on operating and maintenance manuals, suggesting improvements or expansions.
• Help develop video operating instructions for rental partners to train their customers.
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Engineering to report product issues or problems.
• Partner with the Director and sales team to review competitive products, supplying video and photos for performance and operational comparisons.
• Evaluate, improve, and expand the written product walk‑around with the Sales Team and Director.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key customers and dealers.
• Provide video and photos of all demonstrations, training events, and product applications.

Requirements

• Strong background with truck‑mounted vacuum products.
• Experience in construction machinery sales or service.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License.
• Technical capability to repair equipment and provide engineering feedback.
• Extensive travel experience (helpful).
