Product Specialist (Home Appliances)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of technical knowledge within the Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments. They will also manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.
• Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
• Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.
• Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor.
• Determine models missing from STG.
• Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.
• Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG.
• Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion.
• Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field.
• Korean Bilingual Preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years experience required.
