About the role
Aurora Marsico, HR Supervisor, seeks an individual to join our Human Resources team at Aurora Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee workplace discrimination policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations into complaints of workplace discrimination
- Provide guidance on anti-discrimination laws and company policies
- Develop and implement training programs on workplace discrimination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in human resources
- Experience with workplace discrimination laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment law and fair labor standards
- Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
