Product Specialist

What you'll actually do

• Run demos, answer hard product questions, and help prospects figure out whether Patent Bots is the right fit for their practice.
• Field inbound inquiries from attorneys who've raised their hand and want to learn more.
• Guide users through trials and free features, nurturing them toward a paid plan.
• Speak the language of patent prosecution fluently: claim drafting, office actions, examiner tendencies, art units, docketing, deadlines.
• Capture feedback from prospects and relay it to the product team.

Who you are

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the patent department of a law firm, whether as a paralegal, docketing specialist, patent administrator, or similar role.
• Understand the day-to-day reality of patent prosecution because you've lived it.
• Get genuinely excited explaining how software makes hard things easier.
• Be comfortable talking to attorneys who are smart, direct, and have high standards.
• Don't need a script to have a good conversation.
• Be organized enough to manage a pipeline but human enough to build real rapport.
