About the role

We are looking for new Technical Content Developers for the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement Team. Ideal candidates have experience in technical enablement roles such as Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Technical Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical guidance for our premier technical enablement platform, TechZone (https://techzone.omnissa.com).
  • Deliver technical enablement content to both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers to build strong relationships and enable customer understanding of our products.
  • Learn and explain new technologies to practitioners, ensuring they can effectively use our products.
  • Present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in compelling and clear ways.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with IT tools, including hypervisor and cloud-based infrastructure platforms, and Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with a VDI solution such as Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Familiarity with other solutions in the end-user computing space.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating system and lifecycle management tools.
  • Exposure to different infrastructure platforms and hypervisors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and write documents explaining complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in VDI solutions, product management, or technical marketing in the end-user computing software industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Schedule

This position is available as a Hybrid or Remote role with 10-20% travel expected.

Pay

The typical base salary for this role is between USD 147,975.00 - 246,625.00 per year and may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors.
