Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance
- Support the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed
- Use digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support role
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
