Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist identifies new product opportunities within the existing customer base through prospecting, on-site visits, cold calling, and setting appointments. You will present programs, meet activity requirements, and document customer interactions in our CRM system. The role also involves communicating product details and pre-installation requirements to the service department and completing new product paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and conduct on-site visits with customers
• Cold call and set appointments with prospects
• Present product programs to customers
• Meet sales and activity requirements
• Document and maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Produce required sales and productivity reports
• Communicate details of products sold and pre-installation requirements to service department management
• Complete new product paperwork

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• New business-to-business sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet/Intranet, and Contact Management Systems

Schedule

Full-time, 1st shift
