About the role
The Product Specialist will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences through the implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Support the launch and ongoing support of Adobe Experience Cloud products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and improvements.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure that product features align with business goals and user needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product management or similar role.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of web technologies and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Adobe Experience Cloud proficiency (optional but advantageous).
- Project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
