Product Specialist Account Executive - Profile and Engagement
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to exceed sales targets with the largest transformational accounts in the Hi-Tech Industries. This role involves understanding customer's personalization and customer engagement goals to recommend Adobe solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will thrive in solution-selling, direct contact with customers, and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and complete a plan prioritizing across accounts to build a success roadmap that exceeds the quota.
- Perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business within an existing Adobe customer base.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to manage the sales cycle.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives and communicating how Adobe can solve them.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe Experience Platform.
- Work in a team selling environment.
- Develop Account Plans with Key Partners
Requirements
Experience solution-selling in Hi-Tech Industries is preferred but not required. Must have a minimum of 5+ years large enterprise-level outside software sales experience, deep understanding of Enterprise sales cycle, and a proven track record of success.
Qualifications
Ability to understand client business objectives and tell the differentiated Adobe story of the solution. A curious nature, strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
Skills
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s solutions. Creative self-starter: ability to work independently.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $226,800 -- $381,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range is $263,300 - $381,350.
Schedule
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $226,800 -- $381,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
