Product Solutions Manager

About the role

NorthPoint is a real estate developer committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values its team members. The Product Solutions Manager role is based in the Kansas City office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify challenges across the organization and develop solutions to improve processes, automate tasks, create custom tools, or leverage AI.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their pain points, scope requirements, and deliver practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support investment decisions, and drive market growth.
• Approach problems with an AI-centric mindset, exploring how AI and emerging technologies can create breakthrough improvements while ensuring solutions are grounded in practicality.
• Conduct QA on products shipped and ongoing products under active iteration.
• Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders clearly and regularly.
• Triage and manage incoming product requests.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in requirements gathering, product management, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Curious and excited to experiment with new tools and approaches, especially AI, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with product/project management or process improvement methodologies.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code platforms.
• Basic technical skills such as Python, APIs, and data analysis.
