Product Service Consultant eTech
About the role
Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and dealers, providing electrical systems expertise, troubleshooting support, and on-site guidance to resolve complex product and performance issues.
Partner with customers, service teams, manufacturing, and product development to translate field feedback into product improvements that enhance quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Investigate product quality and reliability concerns, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall product performance.
Evaluate manufacturing and design processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide engineering recommendations that optimize product quality, serviceability, and production efficiency.
Communicate technical specifications, product updates, and service recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while tracking and managing product issue resolution.
Travel extensively (up to 50% or more, including domestic and international travel) to support customers, conduct field investigations, deliver training, and develop deep subject matter expertise in electrical systems and product applications.

- Electrical engineering and/or electrical technology experience
Qualifications

Pay
Pay Range: $97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
