Product Sales Specialist - Pet Health - Fully Remote

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. As a Product Sales Specialist (Protocol Review Specialist), you’ll be the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation—for pets and their people. You’ll sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet health and wellness client.
• Transform potential customers into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders and leverage top-notch training resources to master sales techniques and represent Tribe’s ethos.
• Operate in a remote, global environment using communication tools and platforms.

Earnings & Benefits

• Earnings: Hourly pay + uncapped commission. All US sales reps earn at least minimum wage (permanent, not a draw against commission) in addition to sales commissions. On-target earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K in your first year.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Technical Setup

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset to run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
