The Quick Coupling Division of Parker Hannifin is seeking a Product Sales Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing programs to support field sales
- Making recommendations for new product opportunities
- Providing product training to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting field sales with information on pricing, policies, and handling customer complaints
- Conducting market and competitive analyses
- Assisting in the development of pricing and product strategies
- Participating in new product development teams
- Implementing lean principles across processes
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering or field sales of related industries. Strong computer skills, verbal and written communication abilities, and analytical skills are also required.
Competitive compensation includes a base salary range from $93,430 to $155,805 annually, participation in an annual incentive program, and various benefit plans such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
