Product Risk and Strategy - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage the full incident lifecycle which includes intake, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Turn recurring issues into systemic fixes and roadmap recommendations.
• Introduce risk-adjusted thinking into product planning and new launches.
• Standardize playbooks and align with enterprise frameworks.
• Deliver sharp updates and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Leverage risk insights visibly influencing product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Track and resolve incidents efficiently with clear documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10+ years in product management, risk management, or operations in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle risks and operational controls.
• Experience in fintech or financial services; familiarity with SDLC and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Able to proactively influence decisions and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and dashboards to identify patterns and inform decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready summaries.
• Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
• Experience with workflow and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com) and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000.

Schedule

Employees will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
