Product Recruiting Lead (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Product Recruiting Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead specialized recruiting efforts for product and design talent, helping the organization build high-impact teams in a competitive market. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to shape sourcing strategies, guide candidate evaluation, and strengthen the overall hiring process. The position also plays an important advisory role in offer negotiations, recruiting metrics, and process improvement.
