Product Owner - NC
Location: Charlotte, NC | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Required) | Contract Length: 6 Months (with strong desire to extend and/or convert to FTE)
About the Role
In this contingent resource assignment, you will serve as a senior Product Management leader responsible for defining, scaling, and operating the enterprise Observe-to-Agent (O2A) Platform. This strategic AI-powered capability converts video-based process observations into executable agentic workflows and automation solutions. The role sits at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Automation Engineering, Process Intelligence, and Enterprise Transformation.
The Product Owner will define long-term strategy, roadmap priorities, governance requirements, adoption plans, and operating models that support enterprise-wide automation acceleration. You will partner with executive leadership, Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform Engineering, COO Technology, and business stakeholders to enable innovative AI-powered automation capabilities across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation products
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, and Automation Platforms
- Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and multi-release delivery plans
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives

Pay
$59 - $63 per hour
