Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.
• Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
• Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on product vision.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Create and present product roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
• Lead the team in iterative development cycles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Software Product Management, Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development), and Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
