About the role
The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and develop a team of Product Owners. The candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional products that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive definition and execution of overall product strategy and product innovation
- Ensure effective collaboration across departments and our customers
- Act as a critical strategic liaison between three manufacturing sectors
- Responsible for the department’s digital product strategies and roadmaps
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Define and implement Product management processes and methodologies
- Liaison between stakeholders, customers and product owners
- Establish measurable goals for the product, track progress against these goals using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Make data-informed adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Expect domestic travel 25% of the time
Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with direct experience successfully delivering complex products end-to-end within a manufacturing factory environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with Product management tools (Jira, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience with transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar
- Demonstrated experience in developing and/or strengthening customer relationships
- Continuous improvement/growth, quality and analytical mindset
- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems
