About the role

The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and develop a team of Product Owners. The candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional products that align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive definition and execution of overall product strategy and product innovation
  • Ensure effective collaboration across departments and our customers
  • Act as a critical strategic liaison between three manufacturing sectors
  • Responsible for the department’s digital product strategies and roadmaps
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Define and implement Product management processes and methodologies
  • Liaison between stakeholders, customers and product owners
  • Establish measurable goals for the product, track progress against these goals using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Make data-informed adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Expect domestic travel 25% of the time

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with direct experience successfully delivering complex products end-to-end within a manufacturing factory environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Product management tools (Jira, DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience with transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and/or strengthening customer relationships
  • Continuous improvement/growth, quality and analytical mindset
  • Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems
