Product Owner, GTM Sales Systems
About the Role
Klaviyo is building the operating system for consumer businesses. Behind every sales motion, every account handoff, and every renewal is a product ecosystem that either accelerates or constrains growth. This role exists to ensure our GTM Sales systems are an accelerant.
Product Vision & Roadmap
The Product Owner for GTM Sales Systems (Accounts & Opportunities) is responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for how Klaviyo manages its most foundational sales domains: Accounts and Opportunities. This includes defining how sellers interact with account data, how opportunity workflows drive deal velocity, and how the systems and processes that underpin these domains evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling enterprise GTM motion.
Discovery & Requirements
You will define the product requirements, success metrics, and discover opportunities for improvement. You will also drive the prioritization of sprints and ensure that the outcomes move business KPIs.
Execution & Delivery
You will own the execution and delivery of the product vision, ensuring that the systems and processes are designed with an AI-first mindset and that they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Data Architecture & Quality
You will be responsible for the data architecture and quality of the systems and processes that support the Accounts and Opportunities domains. This includes ensuring that the data is accurate, reliable, and accessible to all stakeholders.
