Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the application development team, translating complex supply chain processes into digital solutions
• Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals and customer needs
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements
• Reimagine and redesign manual or disjointed supply chain processes into seamless, integrated application workflows
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications that are clear, actionable, and testable
• Rapidly develop mock‑ups and prototypes in Figma or similar tools to communicate design intent and user experience
• Provide domain expertise to support solution design, process mapping
