We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? Actually we have sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Accountabilities), Requirements (list), Benefits (salary, remote, etc.), maybe Skills? The posting includes many details; we need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Avoid filler. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company..."? That's part of description; we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company..." is not boilerplate; it's part of description. Keep. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated: Annual salary of $85,000–$95,000. Fully remote work opportunity. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid time off (PTO) and federal holidays. Corporate laptop provided. Professional training and development opportunities. 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Opportunity to contribute... Collaborative Agile environment... So we can have Benefits section. We also have "Schedule"? Not mentioned. So no Schedule. We have "Skills"? Could combine with Requirements? But we can have a Skills section if there is specific list. The posting includes many skill-like items: strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile, EDI, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, Section 508, etc. Could put under Requirements or Skills. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to have Requirements and Skills separate if there is distinct content. The posting includes "Requirements" list (education, experience, etc.) and also many skill items. Might be better to have Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (technical/domain). But we must not invent filler. We have enough content for both. Let's extract: About the role: introductory paragraph(s) describing role, purpose, remote, etc. Responsibilities: the "Accountabilities" bullet list. Requirements: education, years experience, etc. Skills: maybe list of specific technical knowledge: SAFe, Agile, EDI, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, Section 508, federal security controls, etc. Also "Experience working with..." etc. But we must ensure we don't duplicate content. We'll split. Let's parse the posting: Intro: "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst based in the United States. The Product Owner / Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams supporting a federal healthcare initiative. This role translates complex business objectives, healthcare workflows, and government requirements into clear product direction and actionable delivery priorities. You’ll own the product backlog, develop detailed user stories, and help guide features from discovery through release. The position offers significant exposure to healthcare interoperability, EDI transactions, federal compliance, and modern Agile delivery practices. You’ll collaborate with clinical stakeholders, subject matter experts, developers, testers, security teams, and agency partners to deliver effective solutions. Success requires strong analytical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory environments. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates residing within the continental United States." That's About the role. Accountabilities (Responsibilities): list bullet points starting with "Establish and maintain a product vision..." etc. Requirements: "Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of professional analyst experience. Demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst within Agile software delivery environments. Strong knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story development, refinement, sprint planning, and release planning. Demonstrated expertise with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including hands-on experience analyzing, interpreting, and validating EDI data within complex enterprise workflows. Strong understanding of software development and product delivery lifecycles, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and release processes. Experience translating complex business challenges into practical, actionable product requirements and solutions. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and workflows, including HL7, FHIR, and EDI 278/275/217. Experience working with HIPAA, Section 508 accessibility requirements, federal security controls, and government compliance standards is highly valued. Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal government agencies is preferred. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is preferred. Ability to obtain required government clearance. Must reside within the continental United States. Must be able to complete required fingerprinting at a government facility and successfully undergo a background check. Sponsorship is not available for this position." That's a mix of requirements and skills. We could separate: Requirements (education, years experience, core experience) and Skills (specific technical knowledge). But the instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to avoid filler. We'll create: - About the role (p) - Responsibilities (ul) - Requirements (ul) for education, experience, core experience (maybe first few bullets) - Skills (ul) for technical/domain knowledge: SAFe/Agile, EDI, HL7/FHIR, HIPAA, Section 508, federal security, etc. - Benefits (ul) for salary, remote, medical, etc. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections unless present. Benefits covers salary. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like "How Jobgether Works", "Why Apply Through Jobgether?", "Data Privacy Notice", etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
