About the Role

We are seeking a versatile individual to support strategic application modernization and business process transformation efforts. This role requires wearing multiple hats, including Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Tester, and Data Analyst. The position serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams, supporting legacy applications while helping transition users to future-state solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating business conversations, technical discussions, and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain business-critical applications, serving as a point of contact for users and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate production support activities, including issue investigation, defect triage, root cause analysis, release support, and change management.
  • Write user stories, prioritize work, and partner with business stakeholders and development teams to shape requirements for application enhancements.
  • Drive the decommissioning of legacy applications by understanding current functionality, identifying gaps in replacement systems, and partnering with product teams to close them.
  • Analyze system data using basic SQL to query data, run reports, understand data relationships, and validate business processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, operations groups, and end-users to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Ownership, Technology Consulting, or Application Support.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Ownership and Business Analysis, including writing user stories and supporting UAT.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications through their full lifecycle, including production support and issue management.
  • Proven ability to support system modernization or migration initiatives, coordinating activities across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Basic SQL and data analysis skills to read data, run queries, and validate business processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss experience in depth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Banking, Lending, Loan Operations, or Collateral Management.
  • Experience with legacy application decommissioning and large-scale application migrations.
  • Knowledge of Credit Enablement or lending platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Practical experience using AI tools with the ability to provide examples.
  • Salesforce experience.
