About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to translate business requirements into Epics and Features.
- Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Lead business-to-architecture decomposition sessions and Agile Value Teams (AVTs).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Create executive-level presentations, project updates, and status reports.
- Facilitate meetings with senior leaders and technical teams.
- Drive Agile delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project documentation using Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of Project, Program, or Product Management experience.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable Epics and Features.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence
- Microsoft PowerPoint (for executive presentations and program updates)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI.
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with enterprise architecture and Scrum teams.
