Product Owner

Location: Chennai | Full-Time | Work from Office | Immediate joiners preferred

About The Role

As a Product Owner in our Transaction Banking Services (TBS) unit, you will take end-to-end ownership of the product and lead its delivery across the squad. You’ll be responsible for maximizing product value and ensuring alignment with client and business objectives. Acting as a virtual leader, you’ll serve as the product’s representative for all functional, technical, operational, and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the Transaction Banking suite
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Drive innovation and automation in working capital solutions for corporate clients
• Act as the single point of contact for product-related decisions and prioritization
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
• Build strong relationships with CFOs, Treasury Teams, and corporate clients to understand and meet their evolving needs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Corporate/Transaction Banking
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management, and Payments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive product strategy, manage financials, and deliver on timelines
