Product Owner — Adobe Express
Location: Columbus, OH | Job Type: C2C | Primary Skills: Adobe, Product Analytics
About the role
The Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) team enables Chase marketers to plan, build, execute, and measure marketing strategies through an orchestrated platform experience powered by high‑quality, right‑time data. In this role you will support Adobe Express as a core part of the marketing content‑creation toolset, helping marketers and partner teams create on‑brand content efficiently with clear specifications, repeatable workflows, and measurable outcomes. You will contribute to discovery, backlog management, and delivery using Agile practices, while coaching and supporting teammates new to the firm. Data analytics, hands‑on design discussions, and user research will be used to understand usage and pain points, translating those insights into recommendations and deliverables from ideation through release.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and scrum teams to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive cross‑team delivery.
- Own requirements for Adobe Express enhancements (e.g., onboarding, templates, brand kits, workflow guardrails, enablement), writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery from ideation through release, including testing/validation coordination and internal demos.
- Build business acumen by understanding OKRs and aligning work to business goals.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and prioritize deliverables based on business value, user feedback, and strategy.
- Apply a data‑driven approach to identify friction or drop‑off points in workflows and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product and technology leadership, product owners, project managers, and design/research teams, with opportunities to present and demo to executive stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience (or equivalent) in product, business analysis, project delivery, operations, or digital platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities.
