PRODUCT OWNER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of digital loyalty and rewards experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile product management experience, excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, requirements, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for digital loyalty and rewards experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized product requirements, user stories, and actionable development plans.
• Manage and maintain Agile product backlogs, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance testing activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Operations.
• Drive the development of loyalty, rewards, promotions, personalization, and gamification features.
• Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Define, monitor, and improve KPIs related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and continuous optimization.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to support product discovery, research, documentation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay current on industry trends, customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and digital product innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager supporting consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Experience delivering and enhancing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience using AI tools for product discovery, research, documentation, requirements gathering, prototyping, or workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use product data and metrics to support product decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience with loyalty, rewards, promotions, customer engagement, or membership platforms.
• Experience with gamification and customer engagement strategies.
• Background in hospitality, travel, gaming, casino, or entertainment industries.
