Product Operations Specialist (Technical + LLM)

Key Responsibilities

• Support program execution strategy for multiple products (0 to 1 efforts, execution acceleration).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Unidash, Google Sheets).
• Leverage AI Agents and tools to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and prototype solutions.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
• Handle data labeling and LLM training across all orgs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with a focus on technical product operations.
• SQL Proficiency: Advanced query writing (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations).
• AI Experience: Comfortable with AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Google Workspace: Expert-level in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation).
• Soft Skills: Multi-tasking, self-starter mentality, critical thinking, and time management.
• Domain: Data Annotation/Labeling skills and LLM training experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
• "Vibe Coding" experience (low-code/no-code prototyping, AI-assisted code).
• Experience building dashboards (Unidash, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure.
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical specifications.
• Background in QA, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
