Product Operations Specialist | Generalist
About the role
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
What You’ll Do
Customer Obsession: Represent the “voice of the customer” within your product space, work to connect the day to day customer experience to product and engineering teams, and bring customer insights to help teams think beyond the boundaries of what exists today
Process Development: Own meaningful company-wide initiatives to help prepare Ramp for larger scale, and to create predictable and reliable processes for the benefit of the Ramp team and our customers and partners
Product Analysis: Create high-leverage product analytics and data analysis and use it to surface opportunities for improving performance, quality, and intuitiveness of the product
Launch Support: Ensure that product releases are flawless through documentation, enablement and context sharing across the organization
Incident Management: Achieve fast resolution of product bugs and issues by aiding in the tools and processes for incident identification and resolution
Partner Ops: Manage our operational relationship with relevant partners and vendors, including negotiating strong service agreements and performing joint performance assessments
