Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and engage with suppliers to source products that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors while negotiating pricing, lead times, and product specifications.

- Assist with the development and implementation of branded packaging, custom labeling, and other product presentation materials.
- Ensure packaging and product details align with established branding guidelines and customer expectations.
- Review product specifications and packaging requirements to maintain consistency and quality across all product lines.
- Enter and maintain accurate product, pricing, inventory, and order information across purchasing, POS, and customer management systems.
- Generate and manage purchase orders while tracking order progress from placement through delivery.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain organized records for sourcing projects, product approvals, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Serve as a resource for customers by providing product information, order status updates, and assistance with fulfillment-related questions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product offerings support business goals and customer needs.
- Help resolve sourcing, production, or delivery issues by coordinating communication between all parties involved.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of approvals, samples, revisions, and supplier communications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, procurement, vendor management, or a related function.
- Experience working with promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Proficiency with purchase order systems, CRM platforms, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
