Product Mover - Plant 2 (Days)

Responsibilities

• Transfer full racks of product from various packaging lines to the crust tunnel for further transfer to WP.
• Move one, two, or three racks at a time, depending on the area's activity and the weight of the racks.
• Handle racks entering the subzero freezer tunnel for applying a thin layer of ice to the products.
• Lift and rearrange product from floor level to above shoulder level as needed.
• Rotate through the lines every 2 hours or follow demand-driven assignments.
• Stack and restack trays as directed by Area Supervisors.
• Lift and arrange products weighing up to 11 lbs per item, including bag fryers, 25 tray, size 2 & 3 tray, size 8 tray, and saddle pack.

Qualifications

• Standing for 8+ hours on a concrete floor.
• Rapid and repetitive movement of hands.
• Repetitive grasping in a cold, damp environment.
• Lifting 15-45 pounds frequently.
• Pushing or pulling 5-45 pounds occasionally.
• Repeated bending and stooping.
• Criminal background check and drug test required.
• Physical requirements vary by position.

Benefits

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, with additional rates for night and early morning shifts.

Schedule

Rotating shifts, typically standing for 8-10 hours on a concrete/metal grated floor.

Skills

Ability to perform rapid and repetitive movements, grasp, work in cold environments, and lift varying weights.
