About the role

The Product Marketing Specialist develops and implements customer-driven products and marketing strategies to support the growth of a product family or brand.

Responsibilities

• Collect and classify new product ideas and strategic product extensions to evaluate their potential to address customer needs and achieve revenue growth and market share goals.
• Ensure accurate translation of market demands into products and services by collaborating with research, engineering, and related disciplines.
• Help establish strategies for product pricing, design, marketing, advertising, packaging, and future products to manage the product family’s life cycle.
• Liaise with product/brand management to plan and coordinate advertising, public relations, and promotions for new products.
• Coordinate with specialist departments to ensure effective operation and production of new or revised products.
• Interface with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications.

This role focuses on the following product lines:

• Steel undercarriage
• Dealer Installed Kits (CE)
• Ground Engagement Tools
• Heating and AC components
• Assist with government accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years in marketing, engineering, or other relevant experience.
• Available to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience working with construction undercarriage is highly preferred.

Pay

The annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus. Actual salaries will vary based on skill, experience, and qualifications.
