About the role
Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist II to join our Marketing team. This role will independently execute outbound marketing programs that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation across TriLink's portfolio of nucleic acid products and services.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, and marketing automation platforms that support product awareness and demand generation.
- Develop campaign content, messaging, promotional materials, and digital assets that communicate product capabilities and scientific applications.
- Cook up product launches, webinars, scientific conferences, trade shows, and marketing campaigns while managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional activities.
- Partner with Product Management, Commercial, Scientific, Creative Services, and Marketing teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Manage campaign deployment, lead routing, marketing automation workflows, and digital marketing activities using CRM and marketing technology platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing metrics to recommend improvements that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign calendars, marketing assets, project documentation, and reporting to ensure timely execution and operational consistency.
- Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen campaign execution, marketing operations, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline and 2+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related marketing functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working within biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or other technical B2B industries.
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns using CRM, marketing automation, content management, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate technical or scientific concepts into customer-focused marketing content and communications.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $77,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package.
