About the role
ADP is hiring a Product Marketing Executive: Global Solutions. This role is part of ADP’s ongoing growth and seeks a visionary leader to shape the narratives and positioning for ADP's Global Solutions portfolio, including ADP Global Payroll, Workforce Management, ADP Lyric HCM, and Employer Services International.
Responsibilities
- Define the product marketing vision and strategy for ADP's Global Solutions portfolio, establishing market positioning, commercialization strategy, and customer value propositions.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
- Establish a world-class product storytelling capability that translates complex technologies into simple, compelling narratives focused on buyer outcomes, supported by differentiated demonstrations and customer experiences.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Analyst Relations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and regional teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric go-to-market strategies.
- Shape ADP's product presence at high-profile internal and external events, defining narratives, demonstrations, and customer experiences that showcase innovation and market leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop enablement strategies, tools, messaging, and demonstrations that equip customer-facing teams to communicate ADP's value and differentiate in competitive markets.
- Influence executive stakeholders across highly matrixed organizations, building alignment and driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
- Promote the voice of the customer, translating evolving market needs into positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategies that accelerate awareness, adoption, and growth.
- Establish meaningful performance metrics that help prioritize investments, measure team effectiveness, and demonstrate the business impact of product marketing initiatives.
- Represent ADP externally through thought leadership and strategic initiatives that strengthen our position as a leader in global HCM and workforce technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing product marketing teams.
- Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading portfolio-level product marketing strategies and complex go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience supporting multinational customers, global products, or international markets.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
- Outstanding communication, executive presence, storytelling, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HCM, payroll, workforce management, or HR technology.
- Experience leading product marketing for global or multinational solution portfolios.
- Knowledge of global workforce, compliance, and payroll trends.
- Experience supporting enterprise and multinational customer segments.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
Schedule
The compensation for this role is USD $131,700.00 - USD $245,500.00 / Year*
