Job Title: Product Marketing Operations Manager
About the Role
Our partner company is seeking a Product Marketing Operations Manager based in the United States. This role serves as the operational foundation for a high-performing product marketing organization, enabling effective scaling through consistent, efficient, and scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage operational frameworks for product marketing execution, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across launches, campaigns, releases, and enablement initiatives.
- Review and improve product marketing assets, including messaging documents, launch materials, sales presentations, battlecards, one-pagers, and enablement resources, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Create and maintain content governance standards, templates, documentation practices, approval workflows, and quality control processes.
- Own product marketing repositories and documentation systems by implementing clear structures, version control practices, and operational standards.
- Partner with sales enablement and revenue operations teams to coordinate enablement calendars, training initiatives, product updates, and field readiness activities.
- Manage operational data, reporting structures, and dashboards that provide visibility into product marketing performance, launch readiness, and business impact.
- Define and monitor key operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.
- Build and maintain product marketing operating calendars while coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Develop playbooks, standard operating procedures, and scalable workflows that improve consistency and efficiency across product marketing activities.
- Support onboarding and adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices across teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs and operational initiatives involving multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content management systems, sales enablement workflows, reporting platforms, and marketing operations processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to evaluate messaging, structure, presentation quality, and content consistency.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of processes, standards, and best practices without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience creating operational dashboards, performance reports, and data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, and enablement platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting global product launches, enterprise go-to-market programs, or large-scale SaaS initiatives is a plus.
- Knowledge of product marketing frameworks, messaging strategies, launch methodologies, and operational best practices is highly desirable.
