About the role
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products. This role requires strong communication skills, market analysis capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for pharmaceutical products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product positioning and messaging
- Manage marketing campaigns and track performance metrics to optimize ROI
- Work closely with external partners such as medical communications firms and healthcare organizations to enhance brand awareness and patient education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results-driven approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools and platforms for marketing analytics and campaign management is a plus
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards
