About the role
Convera is seeking an experienced Product Marketing professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for distilling complex capabilities—such as APIs, integrations and platform services—into compelling, outcome-driven narratives. This role is focused on developing our partnerships channel, including integrated partners who embed or resell Convera capabilities, as well as shaping messaging that bridges indirect (partner-led) and direct (B2B, API-consuming) motions.

- Serve as the go-to-market expert for Convera’s partnerships channel, including partner personas (including developers), partner journeys, and integrated solution narratives.
- Define and evolve partner and developer-facing personas (e.g., platform partners, ISVs, pension/payroll providers, B2B corporates consuming APIs).
- Collaborate with Product Management to deeply understand the product roadmap, technical architecture, and release plans, proactively shaping launch strategy, messaging and enablement.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis at both the solution and capability level (e.g., API breadth, developer experience, integration speed, extensibility, compliance).
- Build sales enablement tools such as battlecards, pitch decks, technical overviews, narrative frameworks, etc., that support both commercial and technical conversations.
- Act as a customer and partner advocate, leveraging feedback to improve positioning, packaging, and roadmap influence.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor, proactively identifying and soling for gaps in both partner and direct go-to-market motions.

- Proven ability to support multiple go-to-market motions, especially indirect/partner-led and direct B2B.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of guiding the development of new go-to-market strategies and frameworks.
- Creative problem solver with a growth mindset; actively and intuitively seeks ways to simplify process and improve performance.
- Demonstrated sound business judgement and the ability to think strategically about a quickly growing business alongside the interest and ability to dive into tactical details.
