About the role
You will own how we grow with the customers and partners we already have. You'll turn happy customers into vocal advocates, build adoption and expansion programs that drive revenue, and extend our reach through co-marketing with strategic technology and channel partners. This is a great fit for a relationship-driven marketer who makes customers the hero of the story and knows how to turn partnerships into pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Customer advocacy: Build a program spanning case studies, testimonials, video stories, and references. Keep a searchable reference pipeline so Sales always has the right proof point for the right deal. Nurture customer champions for speaking slots, advisory boards, and peer communities.
- Lifecycle and expansion: Design campaigns that drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Work with Customer Success to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and convert them. Report on advocacy participation, expansion influence, and retention.
- Partner marketing: Own joint marketing with technology and channel partners, from co-branded campaigns to joint content and events. Build partner-facing messaging and enablement that makes it easy for partners to sell with us. Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Events and community: Support customer and partner presence at industry events and user conferences. Connect customers with each other through user groups, roundtables, and peer exchanges. Turn event moments into recaps, social proof, and follow-up campaigns.
- Cross-functional work: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to align programs to revenue goals. Collaborate with PMM peers on messaging, positioning, and launch planning. Feed customer and partner insights back into product strategy.
