Product Marketing Manager, Core Product

About the role

Notion's engineering and product teams are shipping faster than ever, which means there's more for customers to discover, understand, and adopt than ever before. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness of new Notion features and capabilities, and to run the programs that turn early activation into lasting adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead launches big and small, coordinating efforts across our Marketing and GTM org to land a successful launch day.
• Drive continued awareness, growth, and adoption of high-PMF features well after launch day — launch is the start of the story, not the end of it.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Product, informing strategy during product development, competitive positioning, and user insights.
• Collaborate with Enterprise PMMs and Sales to build sales enablement materials that turn product capability into stories reps can use in the field.
• Maintain and improve our release comms channels — including notion.com/releases and What's New emails — partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle on sequences, webinars, and more.

• Sharp writing and storytelling instincts — you know the difference between a headline that's technically accurate and one that actually lands.

We are committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.

Schedule

We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
