Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual marketing plans, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives
- Support product launch planning, limited releases, and marketing spend optimization
- Build models and frameworks to guide portfolio strategy, including demand forecasting, pricing, profitability, and competitive analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to define and drive recommended strategies
- Grow revenue and market share through engaging campaigns that stay ahead of customer needs and the competitive landscape
- Serve as the go-to technical, clinical, and marketing expert for your portfolio and key competitors
- Inform upstream projects through physician VOC, market modeling, and Physician Preference Testing
- Own end-to-end product launches — from pre-launch demand generation through post-launch tracking — with compelling positioning, optimized pricing, and creative promotional activities
- Develop sales training content as needed
- Craft product positioning, value propositions, and messaging platforms that resonate with target customers
- Evolve brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistent representation across all customer touch points
- Manage creative agency partnerships and oversee brand compliance with R92 corporate guidelines
- Integrate innovative digital, mobile, and emerging media strategies to complement and elevate traditional marketing tactics
- Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and industry partners to drive therapy acceptance and expand market presence
- Support advisory boards and leverage customer insights to continuously strengthen marketing plans
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to accelerate market growth and evaluate new opportunities
Qualifications
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Sharp attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Hootsuite
- Experience with marketing copy review process
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
Skills
- Required Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field pertinent to the position’s requirements
- Required Experience: 3+ years of work experience in class II or class III medical device product marketing, market development, and strategy and portfolio management
- Global commercial sales or marketing experience a plus
- Track record of driving results in downstream marketing capacities, upstream experience a plus
