About the role

Vishay Dale – Columbus, NE is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to design market strategies and marketing plans for assigned products, ensuring profitable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design product-related market strategies and marketing plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate market information and data about target markets, customers, competitors, and their potentials.
  • Derive product requirements and Go-to-market plans, including pricing, promotion, and product placement.
  • Drive product-related outbound marketing activities and design product marketing campaigns.
  • Lead product-related alignments regarding pricing, product messaging, and market positioning.
  • Ensure technical specifications and data of products are well documented, filed, and maintained in systems.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate trends and developments to coordinate planned activities or measures.
  • Plan and coordinate activities in assigned local projects or workstreams, managing cross-functional resources and evaluating milestone achievements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic or electrical engineering, computer engineering, material science, industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in marketing or business development in the electronics industry.
  • Able to travel frequently (40%–60%).
