Drive Global Construction Innovation as Product Marketing Manager - BIM and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive customer research and onsite visits to capture critical buyer pain points and market needs.
- Architect and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and launch plans for multiple products simultaneously.
- Translate complex technical BIM capabilities into highly compelling value propositions for everyone from executives to site engineers.
- Drive global sales enablement by delivering impactful tools, training, and competitive intelligence to win deals.
- Influence commercial strategy by guiding complex pricing models and SKU frameworks through deep quantitative analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated product marketing experience in a B2B software or industrial technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing and driving multiple product launches simultaneously without losing strategic focus.
- Strong analytical skills in market segmentation and navigating complex pricing structures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to successfully influence global departments from sales to engineering.
- Possess an innate intellectual curiosity and the collaborative mindset to transform insights from subject matter experts and customers into actionable intelligence.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Direct industry experience in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) or BIM software.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Asana, Salesforce, Seismic, or Gong.
