About the role

Being the go-to for sales on how to best market to our ICP, objection handling, pricing and packaging questions, competitive intel, and sales collateral.

Building out systems and processes that scale, such as launching effectively, winning head-to-head deals, and expanding into the enterprise segment.

Communicating the value proposition of a new product and positioning to sales, while partnering with Product Managers and Engineers on the product roadmap.

Balancing strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level team product marketing strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and writing content and collateral.

Working closely with sales on creating pitch decks, enablement, and objection handling.

Orchestrating product campaigns - you’re the DRI for elevating a product launch into a campaign that connects features to value and turns into pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Building out systems and processes that scale
  • Communicating the value proposition of a new product and positioning to sales
  • Partnering with Product Managers and Engineers on the product roadmap
  • Working closely with sales on creating pitch decks, enablement, and objection handling
  • Orchestrating product campaigns

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in product marketing, with at least 2 years at an early-stage company (Series A through Series B)
  • Experience in both PLG and sales-led motions, or deep experience in enterprise GTM
  • Prior experience building out a new category or going after a new segment
  • Customer Obsession: Instinctively wants to talk to customers and prospects. Builds positioning from evidence, not assumptions
  • Writing ability: You’ve written short-form and long-form content, and can point to examples of your writing
  • Marketing breadth: You understand campaign and comms strategy in addition to product marketing strategy
  • Bias to action over perfection: Would rather ship 80% this week than 95% next month and can iterate in public
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and tactics that both put the customer first and contribute to growth goals

Qualifications

  • Experience with pricing and packaging decisions
  • Communications or PR experience
  • Public speaking or webinar experience
  • Worked in adjacent B2B SaaS with similar buyer personas

Pay

Compensation Range: $210K - $255K
