Primary Responsibilities

  • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key customer segments and platforms.
  • Create and test copy (in collaboration with copywriters) for different mediums, from ad and web copy, to one-pagers and pitches, to slide decks & e-mails.
  • Execute and support product launches across multiple business segments and market verticals.
  • Partner closely with Sales to develop enablement materials, narratives, and tools that support revenue growth.
  • Build and manage demand generation programs (including lead nurturing, campaign strategy, and pipeline acceleration initiatives) to drive qualified pipeline growth across target segments.
  • Contribute to competitive benchmarking and positioning.
  • Identify, develop, and execute advertising initiatives to position Madecraft in relevant marketing channels.
  • Evaluate and contract strategic agencies to support the larger Marketing vision.
  • Provide input into pricing and packaging strategies based on market and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to inform roadmap decisions and improve overall user experience.
  • Create comprehensive, quarterly GTM plans, execute the plans, and provide meaningful feedback to strengthen future GTM execution.
  • Collaborate deeply across multiple teams and disciplines to drive field marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing, customer segment or industry marketing
  • Proven ability to independently develop and execute GTM strategies
  • Experience in B2B/SaaS Marketing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Detailed project management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management or workflow automation tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with the L&D, edtech, or digital content space
