About the role
Maintain open communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing.
Conceptualize new product positioning relative to existing offerings and customer needs.
Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and inform strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
- Review and direct designs for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
- Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
- Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and inform strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of proven experience in marketing, product management, or new product development.
- Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
- Strong track record of success in the marketing field.
- Catalog experience is a significant plus.
