Product Marketing Manager
About the role
GC AI is expanding quickly across new workflows, product tiers, and customer segments. We need a Product Marketing Manager who can help translate our rapidly moving product into clear, differentiated market stories, and make sure customers, prospects, and internal teams understand the value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, from messaging to GTM readiness
- Develop segment-specific value propositions (Individual, Team, Enterprise)
- Translate complex legal + AI capabilities into clear, accurate, and compelling messaging
- Own positioning and narrative, including differentiators and workflow storytelling
- Ensure consistent messaging across website, product, and sales materials
- Partner on pricing, packaging, segmentation, and ICP refinement using customer insights
- Build and maintain Sales & CS enablement (talk tracks, competitive briefs, training, and materials)
- Drive customer and competitive intelligence (interviews, win/loss analysis, market tracking)
- Support adoption and expansion through lifecycle messaging, in-product education, and customer proof points
- Measure performance and continuously iterate on messaging, launches, and GTM strategy
Requirements
5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience with clear results
Experience marketing technical or AI-driven products; legal or regulated audiences a plus
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience building enablement and content assets from scratch
Strong project management and cross-functional partnership skills
Data-aware; comfortable using usage data, funnel metrics, and competitive insight
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
High ownership, strong follow-through, low ego
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Understanding of legal and AI markets
Experience with product marketing tools and methodologies
Experience with customer research and competitive analysis
Experience with pricing and segmentation strategies
Experience with content creation and enablement

$140K - $165K
Schedule
Remote role unless you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
